Introduction of cage sorting machine equipment
The inspection parameters of the ball cage cage include 6 reference height dimensions, 6 window dimensions, inner and outer ball diameter dimensions and curvature. There are many testing parameters, and currently each cage manufacturer needs to spend a lot of manpower and material resources for testing. To this end, CAYA has developed fully automatic full-scale inspection of finished ball cage cages, semi-finished product window size inspections, and out-of-machine inspection of cages.

1. Equipment functions and inspection parameters: face recognition, 6 reference height measurements, 6 window heights and window slope measurements, inner and outer ball diameter and curvature measurements, NG and repaired product rejection;
2. Measuring tempo: 8.2 seconds/piece; about 3,500 pieces per shift.
